When: Mondays – 9:30am – 2:30pm Weekly

How Much: FREE* (This course is full NSW government subsidised if eligible for the NSW government smart and skilled funding.)


Eligibility:

    • No longer at school
    • Living in NSW
    • An Australian citizen
    • Australian permanent resident
    • Australian permanent humanitarian and/or some bridging visa holder

Course description:

It is an Introductory course for beginners and those who have an interest in Customer Service

Units covered:

  • Deliver a service to customers
  • Deliver and monitor a service to customers

Units are:

  • Nationally Recognised Training
  • This training is subsidised by the NSW Government

This course also provides:

  • This short course will provide the participant an insight of the Customer Serviced industry and a pathway into further study
